Soknedal Sparebank is an independent savings bank, established in 1885. We have long and proud traditions with customer service central in our company strategy.
Our main products are savings, loans and domestic and international payment services. In cooperation with other savings banks we own companies for insurance, securities and leasing/ factoring, and we are selling their products.

Online Banking Service

1.You can logg on to our online banking service "Nettbank" from our homepage www.soknedal-sparebank.no.

2.You can download our App for Android or iPhone/iPad by searching for "Soknedal Sparebank". This requires that you already have registred your mobile phone in the online banking service.

Requires BankID
BankID is a personal and simple electronic proof of identity for secure identification and signing online.

In the physical world you identify yourself with a passport, driver’s licence or bank card. In the electronic world you may use your BankID to certify your identity. In the physical world you use a ballpoint pen to sign a contract. In the electronic world you will be able to use your BankID to sign documents and messages electronically.

Our electronic solution for becoming a customer is currently only in Norwegian - so we urge you to contact us personally.
What do you need to bring?
•Valid passport
•Your Norwegian personal number
•National identity card og Norwegian permanent residence card

When you visit the bank office for the first time, you have to bring a valid passport. In addition, you will need to bring the official documentation confirming your Norwegian personal number (social security code).
If you don't have a passport, you can apply for basic banking services with your valid National identity card (EU/EEA/EFTA nationals only) - or a valid Norwegian permanent residence card. Bring official documentation confirming your Norwegian personal number.
